As part of the Assessing Post Combustion Capture (PCC) for Coal Fired Power Stations in APP Countries project (CFE-06-06), the Australian Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) held a PCC Science & Technology seminar on 16-17 October 2008. The seminar was held at the CSIRO Energy Centre in Newcastle and was followed by a site visit to the aqueous ammonia test facility at Delta Electricity which was realised through support from the Asia Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate. The successful seminar was attended by 60 people from industry, government and academia.
