The Methane to Markets Partnership Coal Subcommittee met April 29 - 30, 2008 in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy. The Subcommittee meeting focused on developing country-specific strategies for coal mine methane project development and implementation, and on ways to more effectively engage the private sector.
