Chairman's Summary: The Fifth Cement Task Force Meeting

U.S. Companies Exhibiting at the APP Expo of U.S. Clean Cement Technologies: 

The United States hosted the APP Expo of U.S. Clean Cement Technologies, 13-15 May 2008 in Charleston, South Carolina, USA.  The Expo was undertaken in fulfillment of Subproject 4 under the APP Cement Task Force Flagship project CMT-06-07 - Hazardous Wastes- Best Practices for Co-Processing and Management in Cement Kilns.  It showcased U.S. technologies applicable to the use of alternative fuels and raw materials and highlighted U.S. companies that specialize in goods and services related to energy efficiency, pollution prevention, and the use of alternative fuels in cement production.  The Expo was held in conjunction with the fifth meeting of the APP Cement Task Force.
