Chairman's Summary
The 4th
Cement Task Force meeting was held in Melbourne,
Australia, during September 12 - 13, 2007. The meeting
was held in conjunction with an APP Cement Centre of
Excellence (COE) Co-processing workshop.
Major
outcomes of the Task Force meeting were the following:

Members agreed to publish Interim Report of Project 1
"Status Report".

Members agreed to adopt Japan’s proposal on a
Performance Diagnosis as
the 10th Cement Task Force project to be incorporated in
the Action Plan;

Members agreed the following three projects would be
the Flagship Projects of the Task Force :

CMT-07-07: Hazardous Wastes – Best Practices for
Co-Processing and Management in Cement Kilns;
